IAAI Institute reserves the right to revise these terms at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site constitutes ongoing acceptance of any such revisions. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.
All content, structure, design, data, text, images, video, audio, and other materials contained on this Site (“Content”) are the intellectual property of IAAI Institute or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to view and download a single copy of materials on the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial informational use, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are preserved. You may not modify, reproduce, publicly display, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Content for any commercial or public purpose without the express prior written consent of IAAI Institute.
The IAAI name, logo, digital badge designs, and certification seals are trademarks or service marks owned or licensed by IAAI Institute and may not be used without formal authorization.
Any unauthorized use of Content or marks may result in civil or criminal liability. Your right to use the Site terminates automatically upon breach of this Agreement, and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials.
IAAI Institute does not presently support user-generated content or member forums. Should such functionality be introduced, the following provisions will apply:
You grant IAAI Institute a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display any content you submit through the Site.
You agree not to upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others or applicable law.
IAAI Institute reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, remove, or restrict access to any user-submitted content.
You may link to the IAAI Institute homepage from a website you own, provided the link is not misleading, does not imply IAAI endorsement, and is in compliance with applicable law. IAAI reserves the right to request removal of any such link for any reason.
Use of the IAAI Institute logo, certification badges, or digital credentials is strictly limited to certified individuals in good standing and must adhere to the Badge Usage Guidelines. Unauthorized use or alteration of IAAI certification marks is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action or legal remedy.

All materials and information on this Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. IAAI Institute disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or non-infringement.
IAAI Institute does not warrant that the Site will operate without error or interruption, nor does it guarantee compatibility with all devices or browsers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IAAI Institute, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of certification status, or employment-related outcomes, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IAAI Institute from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses—including legal fees—arising from your violation of this Agreement.
All certification exam purchases are final upon delivery of an access credential or proctoring instructions. Refunds will not be issued once exam credentials have been distributed. Optional preparation materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
IAAI Institute reserves the right to cancel, delay, or modify exam availability at its discretion due to technical, regulatory, or force majeure events.
IAAI Institute maintains the right to revoke any certification previously issued if:
It is later determined that the individual falsified exam results or identity.
The candidate misrepresents their certification status in violation of brand or usage guidelines.
The candidate is found in violation of the IAAI Code of Conduct or Ethics Policy.
All certifications are contingent upon ongoing compliance with renewal requirements, attestation of conduct, and annual fee payment.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal or state courts located in Wyoming for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IAAI Institute with respect to your use of the Site. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver unless expressly stated in writing by an authorized representative of IAAI Institute.
